There were 364,000 pigs on farms in Estonia at the end of last year, a slight decrease compared with the number at the end of 2007, according to Statistics Estonia.
Pigs purchased by meat processing enterprises in Estonia in 2008 reportedly yielded 32,100 metric tons of pork.
