Boar's Head has launched the EverRoast Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, which it claims uses low-roasting temperatures, longer cooking times, and a blend of pan-simmered market vegetables to achieve extreme tenderness with a homemade accent.

The company expects the product to outsell all sliced deli chicken, even the company's 104-year-old deli provisions such as All-American BBQ Chicken, Golden Classic Chicken, Lemon Pepper Chicken and others.

"EverRoast Chicken is our 30th product to be certified by the American Heart Association," says RuthAnn La More, Boar's Head director of communications.
