The Philippines, recently hit by tropical storms and typhoons, is unlikely to be exporting corn to Vietnam, say reports. 

The country had planned to sell approximately 150,000 metric tons of corn, what was to be a first time event for the Philippines. Exports are being rethought in light of storm damage.
