As part of its ongoing efforts to educate backyard poultry owners, USDA is offering a free 2010 calendar called Backyard Biosecurity: Keeping Your Birds Healthy. The calendar features full-color photos of poultry and other birds and contains information about protecting poultry from disease.
It also includes tips on what poultry owners should do if they suspect that their birds are infected with avian influenza.
