Novus International Inc. is establishing a new blending plant in Singapore for animal feed supplements. The 4,000-square-meter plant will produce a Novus blend containing Mintrex chelated trace minerals, Activate DA nutritional feed acid and Cibenza DP100.
The new plant will also serve as a distribution hub for the company's Asia Pacific clients in industries including aquaculture, poultry, ruminant and pork.
Commenting on the opening, Novus International executive vice president, marketing and sales, Giovanni Gasperoni, said: "We understand that our customer needs vary based on their location in the world. Facilities like the one we are opening today in Singapore empower our employees to support our customers with agility and in a way that brings genuine value to their business."
The facility has areas devoted to raw materials, integrated manufacturing and distribution and is fully compliant with Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore regulations.
This latest investment adds to the company's established presence in Asia, where it already carries out research, has regional corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
