2 Sisters, a subsidiary of Boparan Holdings Ltd., recently announced its intention to purchase Dutch-based Storteboom Group. The acquisition will be completed as soon as possible following merger clearance and approvals.
2 Sisters was established in 1993, and its annual sales exceed £750 million. Storteboom Group is a poultry processing business, employing more than 1,200 employees in Holland and Poland.
