Bruegger's has added a new line of cafe salads to its summer lunch menu, including the harvest chicken salad, which will be highlighted in May and June.
The 24-ounce salad has 330 calories and comes with diced chicken, apples, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, cheese and strawberry vinaigrette dressing, all tossed in romaine lettuce. Also available are the classic cobb, sesame chicken, mandarin medley and chicken caesar salads.
