Master Packaging, located in Tampa, Fla., merged with Atlanta-based, Star Packaging, to form a combined packaging entity called Star Packaging Corp.

Star Packaging Corp., owned by private investment firm Azalea Capital, will be headquartered in Atlanta, with operating facilities in both Georgia and Florida.
