Animal feed ingredient producer expanding in South Dakota

Animal feed ingredient producer Nutraferma will begin an expansion of their production facility in North Sioux City, S.D., in order to increase supplies of its flagship product, PepSoyGen. According to company President Eric Lohry, the expansion will also enable Nutraferma to manufacture several new products.

Animal feed ingredient producer Nutraferma will begin an expansion of their production facility in North Sioux City, S.D., in order to increase supplies of its flagship product, PepSoyGen.

According to company President Eric Lohry, the expansion will also enable Nutraferma to manufacture several new products. The company plans to introduce other products in the third quarter of 2011.

Construction of the expanded facility will begin in August with phase one to be completed in the fall.
