Peco Foods increased its 2018 production by almost 3 percent to 35.92 million pounds on a weekly ready-to-cook basis. The company’s small increase in production was met with a small drop in sales from 2018, totaling $1.565 billion, down from $1.693 billion in 2017.

In April 2018, the company made a $40 million investment in a cold storage facility in West Point, Mississippi, formerly owned by AmeriCold.

Effective March 28, 2019, Peco Foods Chief Operating Officer Benny Bishop retired from the company.
