Rx3 Holdings LLC has acquired controlling interest in LaCour-Dalton Company LLC, a feed company that supplies feed manufacturers, integrated poultry producers and other feed ingredient users, according to a Rx3 Holdings press release.
As the company’s first order of business, Rx3 Holdings named Stan Wallace president of the LaCour-Dalton Company. Prior to his appointment with LaCour-Dalton, Wallace was with the Degussa Corporation where he served last as the marketing manager of lysine, threonine and trypophan.
