Ishida Europe has helped German poultry processor Emsland Frischgeflügel GmbH increase capacity by automating the process of weighing fresh chicken wings, according to a press release.
Ishida equipped its CCW-R multihead weighers with small wheels between the radial feeders and the pool hoppers. As a result, the wings glide smoothly and consistently, saving time.
The company says the weighers can be cleaned without the use of tools.
