Mainland Poultry Ltd of New Zealand has sold its ruminant feed division of its feedmill arm PCL Feeds to ABB Grain of Australia. The deal transfers control of PCL's New Plymouth mill on North Island to AGG Grain, which is also pressing ahead with plan to build a new 150,000 tons/year mill in South Auckland for the main dairy farming area of the country.
