Bill Marler, an partner in the Seattle law firm Marler Clark, is demanding that National Steak and Poultry pay medical bills and lost wages for anyone sickened by E. coli found in steaks processed by the company, according to Food Safety News.
National Steak and Poultry recalled approximately 248,000 pounds of beef products in late December 2009 over E. coli concerns, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
