AEB offering instructional material

Lesson plan designed for food science, technology and culinary students

The American Egg Board is offering for free a comprehensive Egg Science and Technology Lesson Plan, Volume 2, for use in the development of food science, technology, and culinary curricula.

The lesson plan provides current information concerning eggs and egg products, including culinary aspects, in a 185-page binder and a CD that includes Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and an egg product reference.
