Meat Institute debuts new brand identity

Reflecting its steadfast commitment to the future of America’s meat industry, the Meat Institute (formerly the “North American Meat Institute”) proudly introduces its refreshed logo and brand identity, marking a significant milestone in its nearly 120-year legacy.

The new logo, resembling a plate, symbolizes transparency and inclusivity, embodying the Meat Institute's forward-thinking approach. Its dynamic design, with varying border thickness, represents ongoing evolution and the pursuit of continuous improvement.

Meat Institute President and CEO, Julie Anna Potts, expressed, "Our updated logo underscores our dedication to sustaining meat's future, rooted in over a century of leadership. It embodies meat's vital role in nourishing today and ensuring a prosperous tomorrow."

Highlighted features of the Meat Institute’s brand evolution include:

  • New Brand Colors: The logo features a solid dark blue, honoring the association’s rich history, complemented by the vibrant Meat Institute blue. Energizing pastel blue and modern orange accents pay homage to the association's heritage

  • New Brand Purpose Statement: Accompanying the refreshed identity is a succinct tagline, "Nourishing Today. Sustaining Tomorrow.," encapsulating the Meat Institute's mission and vision

This revitalized brand identity will debut at the Annual Meat Conference from March 18-20 in Nashville, embodying the Meat Institute's commitment to innovation and excellence.
