House of Raeford Farms has opened a new Employee Center for Health and Wellness in Wallace, N.C., operated in partnership with TransformHealthRX, designed to serve local employees of the company’s Rose Hill and Wallace processing plants as well as Nash Johnson and Sons’ Farms and Johnson Breeders
Employees and dependents currently enrolled in House of Raeford’s health care plan are eligible to receive all their primary care needs for acute and chronic conditions, along with medications and lab services on site. Associates with diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol will have access to a special program designed to manage their chronic conditions.
