The USA Poultry & Egg Export Council is sponsoring a series of south-of-the-border promotional appearances by Howard Helmer, the “Omelet King.”

Helmer will coordinate a cooking demonstration for student chefs at the Cancun Culinary School and participate in seminars and cooking demonstrations for food and beverage managers in Mexico City and Veracruz.
