The Scoular Company announced it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Shandong Sinoglory Group, a Chinese manufacturer of soy protein isolate. This move comes after a five-year affiliation between the companies.
“We are very pleased to be Sinoglory’s exclusive distributor of soy protein isolate in the United States and Canada,” said John Messerich, vice president of operations, who oversees the Scoular’s food ingredients marketing group.
Scoular offers a variety of soy protein isolates for use in several different applications.
