"As a former truck driver I make sure our carriers are taken care of and get loaded and unloaded fast. Time is money to these guys and they have better things to do than stand around a warehouse waiting on their loads. Our staff is instructed to act as if they personally own the inventory and treat it accordingly," says Clay Borchers, I-44 general manager.
