Put eggs back into diet

Eggs are getter better and better press these days, illustrated by an article in the December issue of Health magazine. The article lists eggs as one of five “bad foods” consumers should put back into their diet.

The article says to use two to three egg whites for every yolk. Some scientists are now saying that eating an egg breakfast will make consumers less hungry the rest of the day.

Other foods the article says consumers should add back into their diet if they ever took them out: red meat, ice cream, pizza, and Canadian bacon.
