The website's content mirrors that found on the English language site; an automatic translation button is also featured so users can quickly access translations of any technical library documents that aren’t readily available in Portuguese. “Aviagen is seeing tremendous growth in regions where Portuguese is either officially or popularly spoken, so it only makes sense to serve our customers in these regions with a website that literally speaks their language,” said Ivan Lauandos, managing director at Aviagen América Latina.
The launch of Aviagen’s Portuguese language site follows a year after the debut of its redesigned corporate website. Aviagen retooled its site to make it easier to use and navigate, and to give visitors fast and easy access to Aviagen’s searchable Tech Center with its archive of technical papers, articles and manuals. Both sites also have information on performance objectives and nutrition specifications for the company's broiler breeder brands.
