Two more chicken sandwiches have hit the marketplace at quick service restaurants in the United States, with Smashburger launching the Mango Habanero Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Roy Rogers introducing the Wild Dill Sandwich.

Both sandwiches made their debut earlier in March.

Smashburger

Smashburger describes the Mango Habanero Crispy Chicken Sandwich as made with a crispy chicken breast coated in a sweet and spicy tropical-inspired Sauce. It is topped with lettuce and mayonnaise and comes on a sweet roll bun.

The new offering will only be available for a limited time.

"At Smashburger, we pride ourselves on keeping a consistent pulse on our guests' ever-evolving taste preferences," said Smashburger Chief Restaurant Support Officer Eric Marcoux. "We're so excited to merge these two distinct flavor profiles … bringing the tropical flavors of sweet heat to our guests nationwide."

Roy Rogers

The Wild Dill Sandwich from Roy Rogers featured a hand-battered chicken breast, topped with crispy pickle fries, Monterey Jack cheese and Roy’s signature cowboy sauce, all sandwiched between a brioche bun.

“The bold flavors and crunch of the pickle fries on the Wild Dill Sandwich are irresistible, and we can’t wait for our Royalists to get a taste,” said Jim Plamondon, Co-President of Roy Rogers. “The Wild Dill Sandwich is our first new menu offering of the year, and we believe it captures the true values of Roy Rogers – quality, variety and choice. Pairing the Wild Dill Sandwich with a new brioche bun gives our Royalists a flavorful experience that they will truly crave.”
