Butterball appoints Brett Worlow as new general counsel

“We feel fortunate to have Brett join the Butterball team,” said Butterball President and CEO Jay Jandrain in regards to the hiring of the company’s new general counsel Brett Worlow. “His extensive background in the meat and poultry industry means he offers a great deal of experience and understanding in all facets of our business.”

Worlow succeeds Suzanne Griffin as general counsel and corporate secretary and will be responsible for Butterball’s legal affars, property oversight and predictive risk assessment. 

“Brett’s collaborative approach to managing legal governance and business matters will complement our leadership team, and we look forward to fresh ideas that will contribute to the strength and continuing growth of our company and the Butterball brand,” said Jandrain. 

Worlow worked previously for 15 years for Tyson Foods as the company’s chief counsel and holds a degree in international relations from Hendrix College as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
