Howard Helmer, the American Egg Board Goodwill Ambassador, will present demonstrations during the first week in August at consumer and food programs in Mexico, according to a release by the USAPEEC.
He will conduct cooking demonstrations for chefs and representatives of the restaurant trade in Mexico City, Cancun and Acapulco. Helmer, deemed “The Omelet King,” has a broad following in Mexico. His previous visit was jointly funded by the USAPEEC and the UNA, the Mexican Poultry Producers Association.
