There is light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to broiler breast meat myopathies, and the good news is that the light is not an oncoming train, at least that’s how I interpreted the presentations and discussions at a symposium held at the Poultry Science Association 2023 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia on July 11, 2023.
